Match items to Strafe or Flurry
| Situation | Priority | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Strafe and low early crit | Attack speed, movement, Gasoline, Backup Magazine | Reliable shots, extra Glaive charges, and kill effects improve early clearing |
| Flurry with growing crit | Lens-Maker’s Glasses, available crit synergies, attack speed | A crit changes three arrows into six critical arrows, making the volley four times its ordinary damage |
| Frequent sprinting | Energy Drink, Rose Buckler; Weeping Fungus with Survivors of the Void | Supports movement and sprinting recovery; standing still for Bustling Fungus does not suit every fight |
| Weak crowd clear | Backup Magazine, Ukulele, Gasoline | Glaive bounces and on-hit or on-kill effects help manage groups |
| Default Arrow Rain | Sustained output and crowd clear | Do not copy a Ballista burst setup directly; Crowbar and Bands become different choices if you later switch |
Flurry’s eventual crit payoff does not make it automatically stronger when your current build has little crit.
Use Glaive and movement together
Keep moving while attacking. Save Laser Glaive for groups where it can bounce between targets. Extra secondary charges are useful when they solve a real clearing problem.
Default Blink can move upward. Alternate Phase Blink is a short horizontal blink, so plan map crossings according to the skill you actually have equipped.
Keep the run alive
If survival is the problem, add movement, recovery, or defense before chasing theoretical late-run damage. Choose items you can actually obtain in the run and keep enough mobility to avoid being surrounded.
